I've dined on Peacock and Peahen.  Mark is right, they taste like Pheasant.
Smitty is right, but the eggs are a little smaller than chicken eggs but the
taste is the same!  I grew up and now live in rural Yolo County, CA. where
Pea fowl are a food!

The obvious solution to me would be to develop a liking for peacock
eggs, fried peacock, boiled peacock, ground peacock, peacock on the
half shell , Peacock under glass.  Then keep the rampside in the
garage.               Smitty
