Hello Bob,

thanks for your mail - timing, while increasing rpm, goes towards 40 deg BTDC.
24 deg are only at about 925 rpm - everything higher than that will change timing towards 40-50 deg.
I will have to check if there is the right distributor installed. 
Since there is no parts supply here in Germany do you know where to get a good used turbo dis and a new/used pressure retard unit?
