Oh yes, these newer cars can be a pain!  I have a Crossfire which is 99% 
Mercedes and it's wonderful when it works but it has already given more 
trouble than my Corvairs ever do and has been back to dealers twice.  The 
first time was to the Chrysler dealer where they knew very little about it 
and the second time I sent it to the Mercedes dealer where after a week they 
did get it running.  In the meantime, I used my Corvairs with no problems at 
all.
