<VV> anyone know this car? (Detroit area)

Ben is looking at the possibility of buying this car but it's over 500
miles away.  He is mostly after the engine (he wants a 140 for his early)
and the interior (he needs a complete interior), but it would also provide
lot's of spare parts and might be less rusty than his car (he needs new
floors in his 62 body).

So does anyone know this car?  The big question is if anyone knows for sure
that the engine in the car truly is a good rebuild done by someone who
knows what they are doing.
