You don't give us enough information, Ray -- Do you want two operational 
cars when you are done, or just one?  If only one, which one.  Certainly 
simpler to put the PG in than the 4-speed, as for the 4-speed you also 
swap in the clutch linkage and shifter.

Since you have to ask (meaning you haven't already done one of these 
swaps), I'll guess a week, or three weekends, unless you can do repeated 
flip-ups off the floor, meaning you are young and exceedingly agile.

Swapping the engines, too, would be simpler (no changing of the bell 
housings) but the 64 differential (the housing at least) probably should 
stay with the 64, meaning you'd have two differentials to rebuild, so 
add another week, plus shipping time for parts ...
