<VV> 140 in an early install / Clutch??

When installing a 140 into a 4 speed early coupe which flywheel/clutch etc.
parts need to be used from which car?   Does it matter?

 Keep it all EM  or ALL  LM..no mixing of parts!  This includes the Clutch Fork Pivot bolt!
