<VV> 140 into an early (again)

I'm getting some conflicting information here and want to make sure we come
up with something that works.

What we should have:
62 complete car and working 4 speed drivetrain (this is the car getting the
140)
63 4 speed coupe with 140, unknown parts combo but bad flywheel (missing
starter ring teeth)
rusty 65 clutch/flywheel and incredibly rusty 65 140 engine corpse.. was
full of water for many years

So using those parts, any definite word on what will work (hopefully from
experience).
