<VV> Goodyear vair?

About a dozen years ago there was a Corvan listed on eBay that was supposedly an ex-military vehicle that had carried lightbulbs through the network of tunnels under the Pentagon. Its crew changed bulbs throughout that huge building. Pics showed the interior was mostly bare and it was painted olive drab outside. Anyone ever hear of or see it?

One of the local corvair fans in southern Oregon has a US navy rampside.
