I read his first case late last night, and contrary to other previous readings, I will not/can not reread this self promotional drivel.

As much as we, as a society, want to blame someone for what happens, sometimes S**t happens. I can't comment on the accident recreation, I was not there nor did we see all of his data.

But I can fault the defense lawyer for not doing his due diligence. He knew who the 'expert' witness was before trial, and should have prepared better. As an defense lawyer for this type of case he should have know about 'the Report'. He could have discredited him with a few questions. But the Plaintiff lawyer should have as well. So everybody was severely overpaid for their performance. Further in his poorly written report, he also demonstrated an anti-GM bias. As much as he complained about 'junk' science, he was the one perpetrating it. The critical thinking type he demonstrated was that of 'weak sense'. I'm not sure of what type, if any the lawyers demonstrated.
