Here is the PPG color sheet for interior colors in 1965. No chips, but 
descriptions and different levels of gloss.

In Paul's case, he would have dark blue poly dash color, close to Danube 
Blue, in 0 degree gloss. His doors would be medium blue poly in 60 
degree gloss.

Several Fawn and Saddle colors to choose from for the original question 
posed.
