<VV> hose for air cleaners

I bought mine at a industrial rubber hose industrial company and yes , they indicated the I bought was used in marine ty service on boats.  

It was a neoprene product.  Not cheep per foot but as you mentioned you don't need much. 

  

I not sure but I think I paid $16,00 for a foot of it.  They cut mine into the lengths I wanted.  They can cut it straighter than I can!
