Yes, all of our "newer" cars have the wipers that stay up but the Europeans 
were decades ahead of us, as usual, and my '69 Sunbeam Arrow has them and 
they look like the same moumts but I haven't tried interchanging them.  Take 
a Corvair wiper to a foreigh car dismantler and see what fits.  You won't 
find an Arrow but there are many others to look at.
