<VV> Tune up questions

I have a couple tune up questions.  1.  Are "Autolite " 275 spark plugs ok to use in a Corvair?   I got them at Advance and that's the number that showed up on their computer as my normal flaps was out of the autolite  425's i wanted. 

  2. How long do most people run a cap, rotor, and plugs these days?
