<Interesting, and refreshing, that the Corvair didn't make that Car and 
Driver dishonorable mention list. At least they did their homework.>

The list in question was one wherein Car & Driver expressed regret for 10 cars that they had previously named to their 10 Best List.  Car & Driver did not start their 10 Best List until 1983 therefore, they never named the Corvair to their 10 Best List and could not have regretted having done so.
