I know that there is at least one other VIN decoder on the web, but don't 
recall where.  Perhaps at Bryan Blackwell's website.  But IIRC, it lets you 
plug in your vin and then tells you what you have.  Also IIRC, Canadian cars 
were built in Ontario and would have an O (the letter) in the VIN.
