 These come in a number of sizes. Build a hub with a pulley on the outside, and machine the OD of the factory hub to match the ID of one of the larger stock sizes.

  Forget the Fan....  attach the clutch bearing to the pulley.... turned upside 
down...  weld a short tube into the pulley . press in the bearing!      then the 
bearing's  inner hole... press a tube with a flange to bolt to the Fan / fan 
bearing...
this way the bearing only works when it  overruns!
