Obviously, not all anti seize is the same. There's sensor safe versions.

Every O2 sensor I've replaced came with anti-seize on it. I'm wondering how
anti-seize would get into the cat to ruin it? Squirt some down the hole for
good measure?

It probably can, in large doses, but if you want to remove that O2 sensor
from the exhaust system later.... you will be putting antiseize on its
threads and screwing it into the exhaust system.
