<VV> up shift flare

I think Eric is right on this.
I can't see where a band adjustment would affect a 1-2 shift slippage.
Why this happened when the modulator was changed, I can't say.

My old '63 greenbrier had a similar issue, a flare on low to high shift.  I
tried about every adjustment, and part replacement possible, with no luck.
Upon complete tear down, I found worn clutch plates, and a tear in the
clutch drum seal.  Complete trans rebuild solved my troubles.  Hopefully
yours is something easier.
