By definition it is fully independent suspension. The motion of one wheel doesn't affect the geometry of the other. Anti sway bars don't make independent suspensions otherwise. Check the Wikipedia entry on this topic.

IMO the 64 does NOT have a fully independent rear suspension; as the transverse 
spring is not solidly mounted to the diff.  Motion at one rear wheel WILL affect 
the other rear wheel.
Looking for other opinions.
