<VV> Fuel pump pressure (update)

I took apart two old fuel pumps with bad diaphragms and checked the
springs.  Both were much shorter than the one in the problem fuel pump
(possibly just from being compressed for many years).  I installed the
softer feeling of the two and retested the pump.  The pump put out about
4.2 psi with the old well used spring installed.  I'd actually prefer it be
below 4 psi based on what some folks have said but I'm not sure it's worth
taking it apart again for .2 psi.  If you disagree please feel free to tell
me so on or off list.
