<VV> Removing diesel smell

Timothy,
	I seem to recall reading on this forum that there were a smallish
number of 63 cars built with the 64 hood, and I'm thinking that I have
one of those. If anyone in the group knows how to figure this out from
the VIN or other ID, I'd like to find out and investigate.
