<VV> Window Felt Removal

I'd like to remove the new fuzzies I just put in without destroying them. I need to get the vent windows out to do some more work on them. Any tips? I have heard there is a tool that makes the job doable but I'm having not luck on find it or even knowing what it looks like to make one..... Thanks,Van
