Nope... swap the 4 carb heads for a pair of relatively cheap 95hp 
heads.  Leave the cam as-is.  Use a 110hp distributor, with a 
pressure retard instead of the vacuum advance.  Don't use the 140hp 
type distributor.  You'll need to fiddle around with the initial 
advance to get the engine to where it likes it.

Do NOT try to use 24 degrees initial advance, which only works out 
when you use the crappy factory style open chambered turbo heads 
which are just plain mediocre at best.  The 95 heads do NOT require 
so much advance.   Start out with around 10-12 instead of 24.

You will need to run premium fuel.  Always.  You have to.  Trust me.
