<VV> Seat belt bolt size

Pretty sure they are 7/16 20 (fine) x 1.25" (or so depending on what's on
the floor!

They have a shank and a flange head. Should be at least Grade 5 or better.
Many GM parts vendors out in cyberspace sell correct chrome ones.
