I'm Running 205/60R15 on my 65 Monza.  If you want the wide look we always 
wanted in the 60's, You CAN run a 225/60R15 on the rears.  Not enough 
clearance in the front.  I bought BF Goodrich T/A's on Tire Rack, good 
price.
Appropriate Lug nuts can be purchased from Summit Racing.
