 They do overheat, when driven in a spirited manner. Which, of course, is how they're supposed to be driven!

It's always "operator error"  IMO!


Saddest..but my Fav.....   on the way to Flagstaff...Laughlin, NV where the 
Caravan  overnighted....


I told many to come with me early in the AM  to avoid the heat and the long 
climb up to Flag...


Most said, "We just made it across the desert  in 108f heat.....  it's a lot 
cooler in flagstaff!  6,000 ft. elev.


I forget how many holed pistons there were that afternoon....  it was 90f  in 
Flag!
