Does the engine turn at all by turning the fan belt - two hands, one on each 
side of belt.  Disconnect your new battery first.

If not by the fan belt, try a wrench on the end of the crankshaft.

If neither of those work, you could unscrew the spark plugs and try again to 
get it to move.  But, I strongly suspect that you are dealing with a rusted 
up engine - in probably at least two cylinders.  Hell, you might even have a 
mouse house in one.
