<VV> '65 Corvair heater FAN motor shaft keyed?

Fan hub is "pot metal". If you have a way of brazing that, let me know.

I've never tried, but maybe tin/lead solder with lots of flux might work?

ok - if you can get the hub off the shaft, how about brazing the hub to 
the fan body?
That should handle it.
Maybe re-stake it first, and make sure the fan doesn't wobble on the shaft.
