<VV> Fwd: 2015 convention

I'm looking at the Nov/Dec Communique - trying to make plans - and would 
have to agree.  A Saturday room reservation would be a bit early for a 
convention starting on Wednesday.  Is there a race event prior to the 
convention?  When/where?
