I am the original owner of a 63 Spyder convertible. I purchased a chrome Spyder gear shift knob from Eelco along with the shift boot. I drove the car for 14 years and stored it in a barn for 25. Mice chewed up the boot. I re-chromed the shift knob. I am attaching a pic of the shift knob which is very rare. Fred Castro from CCE has the only other one that I have seen. He searched for it after seeing mine at the state of Illinois show a few years ago.
