Runs & drives -- generally starts & stops -- you don't worry about water leaks cause if any leaks in it runs right back out the holes in the floor -- somewhat identifiable as a Corvair [C-O-R-V-A-I-R spray painted down the side in two foot tall letters, maybe] -- qualifies to run at LeMons.
