<VV> LOW speed shake?

My flier is kinda flexy, and I sometimes get a front end shimmy that 
shakes the whole car - happens 20-30 mph sometimes when I hit a bump the 
wrong way.
(Mine is weak in torsion because of the missing roof. It doesn't have 
any of the the stiffening the may have added for convertibles)
