What's wrong with punching it all the time? That's why you have a 140! Also, given that the carbs do heat soak, not sure there's a gas stabilizer out there that'll work anyway. 

But, as a possible alternative, replace the secondary carbs with primary carbs. The idle circuits should keep the bowls turned over.
