<VV> Oil blowing out of dipstick tube

Can anyone tell me why? oil would blow out of the dipstick tube when there is a 
constant vacuum being pulled on the crankcase from the equalizer tube. Thanks

Your engine  case top cover / breather is plugged..




  Also the "factory FIX"  for this is to drill a small hole in the Dipstick tube just below thecase,  or just break it off.
