Hi; Does anyone have the GM service tool J-21928 needed to install the trunk lid torque rods? Or does anyone know of a safe and successful procedure to install these? The car is a 1966 Monza coupe. If someone does have this tool, I would be glad to send a depo and perhaps rent it? Thanks for your help.
