The rollers are available, however, if yours are still in good condition, but just don't spin, spray them with PBlaster, and work it in by turning the roller manually, until they are free.  It might take a couple of applications of the penetrating oil to loosen them up.  Once they are loose, wipe off any excess oil, and reinstall the regulator
