<VV> Flare nut wrench size

No room for my 36" pipe wrench in there! ggg

Vise Grips are for the flare nuts after someone used open end wrenches 
or other improper tool on them.

But, if you are on the road and didn't bring proper tools, use whatever 
you can get.
