At least 10 pounds.  However, the loose transverse spring is causing a sag 
that throws the tire into excessively negative camber, emphasizing the bulge 
on the inner side of the tire.  The tire probably has more air than it 
appears.

It also looks as if the tire could use some air.  Rears should be 10psi
higher than fronts.
