Thanks to all(especially Dusty Steinberg) for your advice a while back on getting PA title from a VT 65 m p nza. Turns out the registration in VT is proof of ownership and therefore I can use that to apply for a PA certificate of title. It was a long cold lonely winter anyway, and now LET THE RESTORATION BEGIN!
