Based on the questions that you are asking, I feel like you should either sell this car or find some local help SOON!
The auto parts store will likely call it 80/90, 70/90, or 90/100. Any of those are fine.
Is this car manual or automatic tranny? The manual shares 90wt with the tranny, but the PG does not. There is more than one way to check fluid level depending on which transmission.

Do I have to refill it with 90W when I change the seals? Do auto parts stores commonly have 90 wt oil? How much do I put in? -- IV

And the STRONG ORDER you smell in the heater just might be the 90wt oil from the diff. It has a VERY distinctive odor - even when new (fresh).

See my other post. The pan was leaking from the bolts working loose but see
the other thingie leaking as well. Clarks I guess for the lower shrounds,
thermostats and linkage. I have other issues to attend to first but to
remove flashing from the cylinder fins do you have to take all the oil
pipes off? -- IV

Yes, your lower shrouds, thermostats and linkage appear to be gone. But
before you take that all apart, look for oil leaks down onto the exhaust.
That really smells bad. Most people cannot smell carbon monoxide.
