<VV> 69 Clutch Cable Install On 65

I've never done this but John Moody and I discussed it at length years back.  The '69 heim mounts to a pin on the clutch pedal crossshaft--which requires either the correct '69 part or the modification of your shaft by the addition of pin installed in a drilled hole centered on where the ball of the earlier clutch cable rested.  I think the flat metal "keeper" on the old design may have to be modified I or removed if it is in the way and binds the heim joint.
As long as the heim joint can move freely it should last longer than the old style.
