I use sharp single edge razor blades for most of my carpet cutting. I also use a new sharp blade in that multi named tool: Box cuter/Stanley 99/razor knife/etc. I did learn the "pull a thread with drill bit" trick early in life! No need to repeat that mistake. Frank DuVal
