<VV> Number One Plug / Helicoil Blown out

Well. there I was getting ready for a nice cruise in the 63 Monza, (65 engine) and suddenly a sound I have heard before. Several months ago the number one plug blew out of the engine taking threads and all with it. After helicoiling it and reinserting a new plug, everything was fine until yesterday when the same thing happened. I am afraid I am looking at a major job here, but wonder if there is any work around like re-helicoiling or some such thing that plug hole and avoiding all the aggravation of "worst case". Any suggestions are welcome. 

Working with an aluminum engine has been a challenge!!
