<VV> turn signal question

On my '63 ragtop on the way home, when I put on the left turn signal, the green light lit, but didn't blink.  Nor was there a "clicking" sound.  I then checked the right turn signal and the same thing. Once home, I checked to see if the turn signals lit in the tail lights and front lights.  They did. 
So, does this mean my flasher has puked? Or should I look somewhere else?
