<VV> pg question

How does one change the shift point from of a pg from 15 mph to say, 25 or 30? Inquiring minds want to know.    Randy

Adjust the Swivel at the Cross shaft of the carbs.   Turn it CW  to raise shift speeds.... try TWO  turns at a time and test drive.
