<VV> Virtualvairs Mailman 2.1 to 3.0 upgrade possible?

Hi, Not complaining for this free Virtualvairs service but GNU Mailman 2.1
for Virtualvairs web interface is very long in the tooth. There is
apparently a GNU Mailman 3.0 version that has a better web portal. Can the
software be upgraded? I used to use GNU Mailman in the past to run multiple
lists. Again, not complaining for a free service just would like to be able
to send photos and such. Thanks to all who set this up and maintain it. --
