Yes they do reseat themselves! I agree.

Time to pull both heads and send them out for deep seats. Then you will 
not be doing this again.

Or if you are near Eastern PA, go to the sale Bob Marlow just posted and 
pick up used heads and take your chances. I would go with the known cure.
