<VV> Horrid Red Plastic Thing

G'day everyone,
With all this talk about the Late Model "HRDT" (Horrid Red Plastic Thing) I have to report that the electrical 'short' that I currently have in our '65 Monza convertible as it turns out, has NOT been caused by the Horrid Red Plastic Thing.

In many respects I wish this was the cause but its not and I am currently working my way through the various wiring to find where the fault is.
