<VV> loaner engine question?

Sadly I cannot find the picture……  will fit in LM…. Just a hole needs to be made in the right rear corner engine tin!

Guys,
A fellow club member needs a loaner engine for his LM.  This may be in place for over a year.
My best option is a wagon/FC engine; with the angled dipstick tube.  Is there any reasonable way to use this engine without having to drill the block for a standard dipstick tube?
