I just had a helluva time with some foreigner B-itch who insisted that I had 2 room reservations.  I had to cancel because my car will not be ready.  Also, I called that hotel main # 16 times with 15 no answers - before a pick-up and subsequent connect to the poor English speaking B-itch.
